Request Support

If you are a current client, you can use the ticketing system to submit a Support request or enter and track requests by logging into ZenDesk directly.

New Clients

We support anything technical including, but not limited to, Servers, Switches, PCs, Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Devices (iOS, Microsoft, Android), Printers, Scanners, UPS’s, Access Points, Projectors, and even proprietary hardware. We can support you on location in Chicago and off-site everywhere else!

If you are a new client, check out our technical services. When you hire us, we’ll go through your entire infrastructure, give you a report of what exactly is going on, recommendations to fix anything that’s is aging or broken, and be your sole contact point for IT support.
